By using AD Pulse you agree to these terms.

AD Pulse is a subscription-based SaaS platform for Athletic Directors, Club Directors, and coach oversight professionals providing survey tools, AI-generated coaching reports, and coach management features.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must have a valid activation code to create an account.

• Starter plan: $49/month, 1 AD user, up to 10 coaches
• Pro plan: $99/month, up to 3 AD users, up to 30 coaches
• Enterprise plan: custom pricing, contact us
• All plans include a free trial period
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• No refunds for partial months

You agree not to use AD Pulse to harass, discriminate against, or harm coaches, athletes, or parents. Survey data must be used responsibly and in accordance with your school's policies. You may not share your activation code or account credentials.

Reports generated by AD Pulse AI are advisory in nature. They are tools to support your professional judgment — not replacements for it. AD Pulse is not responsible for employment decisions made based on AI reports.

You own your school's data. AD Pulse does not claim ownership of your survey responses, reports, or coach profiles. You may export or request deletion of your data at any time.

AD Conversation Guides are confidential documents intended for the AD only. You are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

AD Pulse is provided as is. We are not liable for employment disputes, HR decisions, or outcomes resulting from the use of our platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of New York State.
