AD Pulse is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

AD Pulse is an athletic program intelligence platform built for Athletic Directors, Club Directors, and coach oversight professionals. Operated by The AI Edge Network.

• Account information: name, email, school name, role
• Survey data: responses submitted by athletes, parents, and coaches
• Usage data: how you use the platform, pages visited, features used
• School branding: logos and mascot images you upload
• Coach profiles: photos, career history, certifications

• To provide and improve the AD Pulse platform
• To generate AI-powered coaching reports
• To send survey invitations and reminders via email
• To send activation codes and account notifications
• We never sell your data to third parties
• We never use your data to train AI models without explicit consent

When surveys are set to anonymous, respondent identities are never linked to their responses in any report or export. Coaches never see who said what.

All data is stored securely with Row Level Security. Each school's data is completely isolated from other schools. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@myadpulse.app.

We use Resend for email delivery, Supabase for data storage, Anthropic for AI report generation, and Cloudflare for hosting. Each has their own privacy policy.

AD Pulse collects survey responses from student athletes. We collect only the minimum data necessary (survey answers) and never collect names or identifying information from students when surveys are set to anonymous.
